Yields2 Servings

 2 cups loosely packed spinach
1 banana (frozen is optional, use what ya got)
1 tbsp Coconut Flake - because, you know, fiber is a good thing
1 tbsp Flax seed - yeah... fiber gives you super powers
1 cup berries - any kind, though I prefer strawberries and cherries
cup liquid of your choice, we use unsweetened vanilla almond milk ( more if needed)
optional stuff
1 tbsp nut butter of your choice
1 serving of protein powder - this smoothie can handle chocolate, vanilla, and of course strawberry
cup Coconut water in place of the almond milk
½ cup yogurt in place of the banana

Throw it all in your high powered blender. I use a Vitamix. Add additional liquid if needed to produce you desired consistency. My amounts of the liquid ingredients is based on whether the berries and banana are frozen. Frozen ingredients take more liquids. Sometimes if its all frozen I will Leave it in the Vitamix on the counter for a bit to thaw everything out so I can use less liquids. But most of the time I just pour the almond milk to it until its gets going well. What can I say I am an impatient cook.
